Client Service Agreement & Authorization
Thank you for choosing Carolina Memorial Concierge. Before we begin caring for your loved one's memorial, please review the following Client Service Agreement. This agreement explains the services we provide, our responsibilities, and what you can expect from us. It is designed to ensure clear communication and provide you with confidence throughout your experience with Carolina Memorial Concierge.

Service Terms & Policies
1. Care Deliverables
Carolina Memorial Concierge agrees to provide the memorial maintenance services outlined in your selected package. This includes professional cleaning, floral arrangement, and meticulous site tending. Upon completion of each visit, we will provide photographic evidence to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of dignity and care for your loved one's final resting place at all times.
2. Client Authorizations
To perform our duties effectively, the client must provide accurate location details for the memorial site, including cemetery name and plot number. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that our presence and specific care activities (such as stone cleaning or plantings) comply with the regulations of the cemetery management. By engaging our services, you authorize our team to act as your representative for site maintenance.
3. Billing and Rates
All service fees are presented clearly at the time of booking. Payment is required in full before services are rendered to secure your scheduled visit or subscription plan. In instances where additional materials or custom requests are ordered, separate invoicing may occur. We maintain a transparent pricing structure with no hidden fees, ensuring that families in the Midlands can plan their memorial care with financial clarity and total confidence in our professional team.
4. Policy for Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or reschedule our visit, please provide at least forty-eight hours of notice. While we strive to honor every request, certain weather conditions may require us to adjust our schedule to protect the integrity of the memorial site. Refunds for specialized floral arrangements that have already been prepared will be handled on a case-by-case basis, always prioritizing a fair and compassionate resolution for our clients.
